Natalie is the Vice President of Constituent Communications at Teach For America, where she has been a part of the community for 15 years—first as a college intern, then as a corps member (teacher) in the program in DC, and over the last four years as a Managing Director on the regional communications team where she led the media and public affairs work of a portfolio of up to 15 regions. In her new role as head of the Constituent Communications team she leads on developing and delivering cohesive, compelling content and engagement opportunities across staff and for the first time this year, collaborating with teams across the 2,000+ organization to tailor this high-quality content and engagement to more than 50,000 corps members and alumni of the program.
Prior to joining Teach For America’s staff she lead communications and marketing for the Cancer Support Community. She currently lives in Washington, DC with her husband and 4-year-old daughter.
