As the Internal Communications Manager for a Denver-based energy company, Nicole Carlson has led a number of successful projects that have significantly improved the company’s internal communications landscape. Most recently, Nicole served as the project manager and communications lead for an intranet redesign and platform upgrade, building and deploying a site that allows employees to work more efficiently and improve information sharing. The project garnered Nicole and her team a national award for best website launch.

With a drive to improve internal communications and a focus on building connections and fostering relationships, Nicole continuously raises the bar for project management and employee engagement through the building and management of the communication hubs that keep employees informed and connected.
